we live in the most beautimous place.

so... region got cancelled today. poops! but i was sort of glad because there was snow on the mountains. ideal for looking but not for playing tennis in. cheers pretty mornings.

sometimes my brain is so cramped that i feel like i might have a hemorrhage. cheers to high school. and cheers to remembering i have potentially 8+ years of this.

fall is the best season.

why the heck haven't i noticed that before? ah i love it! fall just smells like byu football games, rain, tennis balls, and mountain air. it smells like anticipation. for some reason. but oh i love it! when i wake up and it's cloudy and about 65. oh heck yes. best days.

so here's to another beautiful fall morning.

and here's to another beautiful sunday. i am just so grateful to be a part of this church. i am truly blessed to know that my Father and Savior love me. not a lot of people know that, or can't feel that. i am so grateful to be able to harness divine powers to help us in our lives. like prayer, fasting. i am seeing a lot of heartbreak in this world but i am comforted by the Savior's promise to help us bear one another's burdens. by His sacrifice, He provided a way to help us sacrifice for others. here are some awesome scriptures to go with your sabbath!

is not this the fast that i have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke? is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh? then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily; and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the Lord shall be they rereward. because life is good! if you had asked me how my life was yesterday, pretty sure i would've said just the opposite. but the sun comes up every morning and that is something to be happy about haha! lots of good things have happened since i last updated. but the one thing that is on my mind today is that in exactly 700 days i will be turning in my mission papers!!!! it's getting clossserrrr... i am so excited to serve. i think about my mission a lot and i am going to be so excited wherever i get called to go! missions are so great no matter where you go. anyway. but some other notable things:

wow this a super close up... but we love football games. and our tbirds are doing so good! and i am pumped for the timpview vs springville game! my cute cousin dylan is the springville quarterback and it's gonna be such a good game!

 speaking of cousins, look at this cute cousin who helped me get ready for homecoming in 15 minutes! haha miracle worker. she looked like a movie star. seriously. you can't get prettier than regs.

 i got to go to homecoming with one of my good friends! it was such a fun night.

and i have been in love with utah weather lately.... woke up to this rosy morning, but also have been treated with SECOND COMING storms (seriously). so cool. 

i also went down to st george with the tennis team for a couple days. i had to play #1 which was rough... but really good experience for state. i am excited for this season, it's gonna be a good one.

and the byu utah game is this saturday! and i got to go! woo. love me some football. seriously i am going to start a powderpuff league.

life consists of

-duck dynasty

-boatloads (literally) of homework

-bloody socks + tan lines + achy muscles

-friday night lights aka foootballll

& max is looking pretty studly at flag football.
