Frolickers.

You know that one friend you will always be super jealous of? Let's talk Brittain Tanner. Her hair, her eyes, her freckles, everything. And I really super love taking pictures of her, 'cause they always turn out so good. And I just love taking pictures!!! (psst em checks when the heck are we going to start our business?)
So without further ado.

And then you have that one friend you always takes good pictures of you? That's Bee. I don't know what - either my other friends are just showcasing my natural hideousness, or Bee is a miracle worker. Either way, it works out pretty good.

'twas a good day.

Food for thought

We are never satisfied with those who change too slowly, and condemn the things that change too quickly.

.

Church is just the best. Lately I've been having the best Sacrament meetings, just revelation pouring in, and there is nothing in this whole world better than that.

Some cool things I've gathered:
A line from our Sacrament meeting hymn said, "And be constant unto Me, that thy Savior I may be." It just hit me like woah. If I want to be saved everyday - from the big things and the little things - I need to be constantly trying to be close to my Savior. It's awful to think that Christ died for us for nothing if we aren't close to Him. We can't access any part of the Atonement if we're just floating by. We're not letting the Savior help us if we don't act like He is our real Brother, which He is, and always will be - and He wants us to realize that, so He can help us. Otherwise He went through all that agony for nothing.

Another thing. "Faith unto repentance." I don't know how many times I've read that in the scriptures, but in one of the talks they said that and I was like hey what! Haha. It's never occurred to me that a person of great faith is also a great repenter. In fact, if you're really faith filled, you repent every chance you get - you do it more than anyone. It's like a natural step after gaining faith, is to repent. Repentance is great everybody, it really is. It demonstrates just how much faith you have! I feel bad for repentance, I feel like sometimes it has a bad connotation. But it should definitely have the same connotations as faith does. Repentance is a sign of your worthiness, not of your weakness.

God is good.

Arbitrary.

THINGS I'VE NOTICED:
Have you ever met people who laugh instead of talk? I'm related to one of them. Sometimes it can be endearing, other times you just want to say well spit it out!
A handshake goes a long long way, boys. There is something about that southern gentlemen charm that is just... man. I hate it when you get introduced to boys and they say "oh hey" and then look away. Look man I know you're shy but if you just take a little initiative and shake my hand... seriously, it goes a long way. Oh and don't get me started when they introduce themselves to your mom first, play with little children, and say "yes ma'am." Dang Gina.
I have noticed a shift in atmosphere. Transforming into late summer. The bright lights are on, FOOTBALL IS COMING (oh gosh I can't wait any longer), anticipation for hallway chats, friends, flings fading, reality for homework setting in... Summer is halfway over, and it's noticeable.
And I have an unhealthy obsession with the Bachelorette. BROOKS WHY DONT YOU LOVE HER?!!?!?
